How to Redeem Your Gift Certificate
- Go to our website.
- Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your basket.
- Go through the checkout process until you get to the final order summary page.
- Click on the 'Gift Certificate' link and copy the gift certificate claim code exactly as shown on your emailed Gift Certificate.
- Click 'continue'. This will apply the gift certificate.
- If the value of your order is higher than the value of the gift certificate, you will need to pay the difference using a credit/debit card.
- If the value of your order is lower than the value of the gift certificate, the balance will be added to your account with Mothercare, and you can use it on future visits.
If you forget to click on the 'Gift Certificate' link, cancel your order and start again. Once your order has been submitted and paid for by means other than a certificate, you are unable to retrospectively use your gift certificate to offset that cost.

Large Item Delivery - Will it fit?If you have ordered large items, please ensure that our delivery vehicle has access to your property and that the items will fit. Check that all doorways, hallways and stairwells are big enough to fit the items through, including turning corners with the item. Dont forget you can remove doors and windows that could restrict access to your property prior to our delivery team arriving. If you think there could be a problem - inform us immediately as you may be liable for a re-stocking charge if we are unable to deliver due to inadequate access.
