How do I apply for Interest Free Credit?

Once your order is submitted you will receive a link by email to enable you to complete the application process, which will include a Credit Check and may also include an employer reference check. If you do not follow the link emailed to you and fully complete the application within 5 working days your order will be automatically cancelled. This may affect your credit status. To take advantage of this payment method first you must fulfil the following criteria:

Have all items that you order delivered to your current home address
Spend over £379 in a single transaction
Be over 18 years of age and a UK resident
Be able to pay the interest free loan in regular instalments by Direct Debit

How to Pay on Interest Free Credit:

  1. GO SHOPPING! Choose your goods. Minimum value of shopping basket, excluding delivery, £379

  2. APPLY: Simply choose the finance option on Step 3 of the Checkout page. If you make a mistake, do not worry, you are able to review all your entries, together with the items you have ordered and amend them before you submit your application. NOTE: Your order has yet not been accepted. Your application for Interest Free Credit has not yet been approved.

  3. GET APPROVED: A customer service advisor will contact you by telephone within 2 working days to complete your application for credit and to help you choose the finance option that best suits your needs and budget. Your order has yet not been accepted. Your application for Interest Free Credit has not yet been approved. At this point if you no longer wish to commit to a finance agreement you will still be able to complete your purchase by card or cancel your order. We will make two attempts to contact you by telephone. If we cannot reach you, we will send an email asking you to call us within 2 working days. If we have not spoken to you within one week of your order date, your order will be automatically cancelled and your application for credit declined.

  4. You must ensure that you provide a week day, daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the loan arrangement. You will need to have your bank details and proof of identification in the form of a utility bill (dated within 3 months), passport and driving licence to hand.
