Frequent Mistakes

When entering your card details please ensure that you check the following:

  • You have entered the correct card type (eg Mastercard, Visa, Switch)
  • You have entered the card number correctly (the card number is the longest number shown on the card)
  • You have used the correct cardholders name
  • You have entered the expiry and valid from dates correctly

If you experience problems with entering your payment details please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Services team.

Switch Cards and Issue Numbers

When using a Switch card please enter the long payment number (the longest number displayed in the centre of the card, not the smaller account number at the base of the card.)

You need only enter an issue number for a Switch card. If your Switch card has no issue number, like some Royal Bank of Scotland cards, then type in a dash "-".

Please note that we cannot fulfill deliveries to the following locations: Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Scilly Isles, the Scottish islands, the Scottish Highlands, The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Large Item Delivery - Will it fit?

If you have ordered large items, please ensure that our delivery vehicle has access to your property and that the items will fit. Check that all doorways, hallways and stairwells are big enough to fit the items through, including turning corners with the item. Don’t forget you can remove doors and windows that could restrict access to your property prior to our delivery team arriving. If you think there could be a problem - inform us immediately as you may be liable for a re-stocking charge if we are unable to deliver due to inadequate access.

Phone Orders
