When can I order?
We are open to take your orders for UK shoppers. All order should be place online or in one of our stores. Should you require assistance from our Customer Services team we are available from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday. You can either call us on 0845 555 2244, or email us at Customercare@Leekes.co.uk

Can I order through your store?
Yes. Almost all of the products on this site are available to order through any Leekes store. (Click here for locations) .It is recommended that you call the store in advance to check whether a specific item is in stock before making a special journey.

How do I order?
Browse our department until you find the products that you require. For larger items, don't forget to check that the item will fit in your home - check the room itself, but also check every passage and doorway that the product will need to pass through. Once you are happy with a product, click 'Add to Basket'.
You can view your basket at any time during your visit by clicking the basket icon - View Basket/Checkout - on the top right of the page.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as set out in our 'Terms and Conditions'. If you with to do so, contact Customer Services immediately by telephoning 0845 555 2244. You will need to quote your Order Confirmation number.

Payment Queries
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is made and the cost charged to your chosen payment method at checkout, which can be accessed through your View Basket/Checkout icon at the top right of the page. Remember, you can still change your mind at the checkout as to whether you wish to continue with the purchase.

How can I pay on credit agreement?
Credit is only available on orders over £379. To apply to buy on credit select Pay on Finance at stage 3 of the checkout page. Your order will then be placed on hold until you have completed the finance application with one of our Finance team. They will telephone you to discuss your payment duration and interest options. You will usually have the option of Interest Free Credit.

When do I give my payment details?
Payment is made at the Purchase page, which can be accessed through your internet basket icon. You can still change your mind at this stage. Payment is only made when you click to Complete purchase.

Return of Goods
How do I return items?
If you do not require the item(s) that you have purchased, please go to Return Request page and provide details of the item(s) that you wish to return. We will then contact you to make arrangements.

Return of goods needs to be made within 14 days of purchase. Should an item be faulty please complete the Return Request form. We will then contact you to make arrangements for return.

Delivery Queries
How do you deliver?
Delivery will normally be made by Parcel Force, Leekes or Home Delivery Network Ltd. to the delivery address provided. For larger items that require 2 man Delivery you will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a convenient time for delivery. This may include Saturday, but we cannot guarantee that Saturday delivery will be available. Most deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday.

Can you deliver to a different delivery address?
Should it be more convenient for you, we can deliver to your residence, work or another address. In your basket you can choose the address where the order will be delivered to. However if you wish to amend or add details about delivery please click on "change" which can be found under both the billing and delivery address on the Basket page. All items on an order MUST be delivered to the same delivery address. If you wish to order for delivery to more than one address they MUST be placed as separate orders. Each order will incur delivery charges at our standard delivery rates unless our FREE DELIVERY threshold is met in each order.

What are your delivery charges?
Standard Delivery: Free on orders over £100. Just £6 for orders under £100.
Specialist Delivery: £29.99. Applies to all heavy or large items including televisions, kitchen appliances, fitness equipment, fires, water features and/or furniture.
Please note additional charges may apply in certain circumstances.

Will you deliver anywhere?
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and The Scilly Isles).
Please note there will be an additional delivery charge for N. Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and islands.

How long is delivery likely to take?
Most in-stock items weighing 25 kg will be delivered in 4-5 working days. Larger in-stock items requiring two man delivery are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks. Special order furniture items are usually delivered within 8 weeks as these items are made once your order is placed. Please always check the information shown on the product page as this will also show an estimated delivery time.

What should I do if there will be no one to receive my order upon delivery?
We are happy to send your goods (except furniture)to your place of work or to your neighbour. Please enter an alternative delivery address in your basket.
For larger items requiring two-man delivery, our delivery contractor will arrange a convenient time for delivery with you.

Information provided by you will be used to provide you with the ordered products, for billing purposes and to keep records of transactions. What should I consider when choosing wallpaper?
Read carefully the information given about each fabric or wallpaper. In particular consider the following:
Batches - Be sure to measure your walls before placing your order. You should always order your full requirement at the same time as we cannot guarantee that repeat orders will be fulfilled from the same batch. This may mean that there are slight variations in colour due to the printing process from batch to batch.

What are Cookies? Why must I enable them in my Browser?

Enabling cookies in Internet Explorer ver 5.x.
i. At the top left of the screen click the Tools menu, then select Internet Options...
ii. Select the Security tab, then click on Custom Level.
iii. Click Enable under Allow cookies that are stored on your computer.
iv. Click OK button to accept the changes and return.
Enabling Cookies in Internet Explorer ver 6.x.
i. At the top left of the screen click the menu, then select Internet Options...
ii. Select the Privacy tab, then click on the Advanced button, now the Advanced Privacy Settings are displayed.
iii. Ensure the Override automatic cookie handling check box is checked.
iv. Under First-party Cookies ensure that the Accept option is selected. Under Third-party Cookies ensure that the Prompt option is selected. Finally, ensure the always allow session cookies check box is check.
v. Click the OK button to set the changes. To disable First and Third-party cookies, follow the above process but select the Block or Prompt options.
Enabling Cookies in Netscape Navigator.
i. At the top left of the screen click the Edit menu, then select preferences...
ii. Double-click on the Privacy and Security option in the category list. (if this category is not available then double-click on the Advanced category).
iii. Select the Enable all cookies option and click OK to set the changes.(this option may be labelled Accept all cookies).
iv. To disable cookies follow the above process but select the disable cookies option.

i. At the top left of the screen click the Tools menu, then select, b> Options.
ii. In the options window, double click on Cookies.
iii. Select Allow Sites to Set Cookies.

What screen resolution is best used on the Leekes website?
The Leekes website looks best when viewed using a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels, with a colour depth greater than 256 colours.

Can I use Leekes gift vouchers bought in store to pay for my purchases on this website?
No. Gift Vouchers bought in Leekes stores cannot be used on the Leekes web site. We do not sell gift vouchers for use in our shops on this website. If you wish to purchase a gift certificate to use on this website please purchase a Gift Certificate from our gift department.

How do I redeem a Promotion Code?
From time to time Leekes will run promotions either independently or with carefully chosen partners which will involve the issue of Promotion Codes. If you have been provided with a promotion code simply key the code into the box shown during stage 2 on the checkout page. All promotion codes are case sensitive. The discount will then be applied to the total value of your order. Spend thresholds EXCLUDE carriage charges where applicable, unless expressly stated in the terms and conditions for that promotion.

If someone has sent you a Leekes Gift Certificate simply type the Gift Certificate code into the box provided in Stage 2 on the checkout page.
