Spend over £5,000 in one of our stores (Llantrisant, Cross Hands, Melksham, Tonypandy) and receive Casa 42LTV 42” 1080P TV free.
- When shopping online all parts of your order including the free item must be delivered to your home address - the address at which your payment card is registered. You may not specify an alternative delivery address and you may not collect the item from one of our stores
- The free gift cannot be exchanged for store vouchers or cash.
- Offer applies to new purchases and excludes balances from previous orders and orders awaiting delivery.
- No other promotions are valid with this offer including Interest Free Credit and Home Account.
- When shopping in store a 20% deposit is required on the day of purchase and will be retained if the order is cancelled or is reduced in value below the qualifying threshold. Customers whose orders ultimately fall below £1,000 or £5,000 will be required to pay the full cost of the order in addition to the deposit which will be deemed to cover the cost of the free gift. Customer will retain the free gift.
- Hammonds bedroom orders are excluded from this promotion.
- Only one free gift per department per household will be issued.
- When shopping in-store customers may collect their free gift in store on production of their receipt confirming payment of the deposit. Customers who opt for our home delivery service (£20 charge applies) may, if preferred, request simultaneous delivery of their free gift.

Phone Orders - Phone orders can be placed between 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday only. This service is not available on weekends or bank holidays.
Delivery is FREE for internet orders over £100 with the following exceptions:
There will be an additional charge of £25 for orders that require a specialist delivery. Items requiring specialist delivery are televisions, kitchen appliances, fitness equipment, fires and/or furniture (only one £25 charge will be applied per order). Whilst we try to accommodate delivery to work/ alternative addresses, for your first order we reserve the right to refuse delivery to addresses other than the billing (registered card holder) address.
Orders under £100 will incur a delivery charge of £6.00 and will be subject to the additional charges outlined above where applicable. Click here for more details.
