We currently have an opportunity within our Buying Team for a Buyer's Assistant. You will be working under the buyer to ensure that all departmental administration is completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Main duties will be varied and will include;
Preparing and processing purchase orders and ensuring all orders are received from suppliers
Monitoring the accuracy of deliveries and ensuring purchase orders are closed down when received
Entering all product data onto a bespoke computer system
Processing Point of Sale requests from the Buyer and the store teams
Reviewing and maintaining supplier information, ensuring all T&C's are recieved and logged
Liaising with suppliers
General departmental administration

The ideal candidate will have previous buying administration experience and/or have a relevant qualification. Above all you must be computer literate with excellent communication skills. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to move into the buying profession.
