While there isn’t a large commercial pumpkin patch right in Llantrisant, you’re not far from Vale Pick Your Own in Bonvilston (Vale of Glamorgan). For those around Cross Hands, pumpkin patches are scarcer in the immediate vicinity. However, The Black Cat Pumpkin Patch in Llanelli is within reasonable driving distance. They run open hours in October (11 am–6 pm) and also offer moonlit picking evenings on weekends.
Bilston lies in the West Midlands, so a bit of travel is needed for a full pumpkin-patch experience. One appealing nearby option is Billy Bob’s Farm (in Llangybi), which runs a pumpkin patch among its autumn offering. Cheltenham has several solid pumpkin patches within reach: Primrose Vale Farm Shop hosts a Halloween farm trail plus pick-your-own pumpkins every October. Also, Cotswold Farm Park runs a Pumpkin Patch event (weekends and half term) where entry includes access to the field, plus options to carve and join the spooky evening trail.
