Weber BBQ demonstrations

Get inspired and become a BBQ expert with the Weber Cooking Course. After recently taking place in our Llantrisant store, the event is back, this time in Cross Hands and Melksham.

Learn how to master different types of Weber barbeques whilst learning how to make delicious BBQ recipes, ranging from snacks to main meals.

Sounds tempting? We know. Here’s all the info you need:

• The next event will be held in our Cross Hands Store, 1st June 13:00 – 16:00. The following week, on the 7th June our Melksham Store will be hosting.
• Tickets cost £29.50, with a minimum buy of 2 tickets.
• The equipment and ingredients will be supplied, and beverages will be provided throughout the day

You will be tutored by a professional who will demonstrate exactly how to use each piece of equipment as well as mastering each recipe.

You can look forward to making starters, mains, snacks and even a dessert.

• For starters  – Smoked salmon with wasabi creme fraiche.
• Mains – Beer can chicken with spiral potato skewers and stuffed mushrooms
• Snacks – Rotisserie lamb/steak/pizza and smoked sausage
• Dessert – Chocolate cake with grilled orange mascarpone

Who even knew you could make a dessert on a BBQ!

Armed with these recipes you will be set for summer. Each of these dishes will impress your family and friends, who will be envious of your new found skills, and each can be tweaked for your own taste.
