We are currently recruiting for a full time Lead Taker to work in our Bilston store.

The Role:

  • Being the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showrooms, engaging with the customer to promote our kitchen, bathroom, conservatory, window or door ranges
  • Liaise with the customer to arrange an in store or at home appointment with a sales consultant to design their kitchen, bathroom, conservatory etc.
  • Selling the “Take Away” product such as kitchen tables and electrical appliances
  • Contacting customers following marketing campaigns

  • Previous selling skills are desirable

We are currently looking to recruit a full time Store Administrator at our Coventry store.

Working as part of the retail team, you will offer admin support to some of the stores departments.

Your duties will be varied and include:

  • Administration support including answering the phone and responding to emails
  • Updating and managing spreadsheets
  • Liaising with suppliers and fellow retail colleagues as and when required
  • Diary management

The successful candidate will have previous retail and administration experience

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Kitchen Sales Consultant to join our team at the Leekes of Coventry Store.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced sales driven environment where customer service is the top priority and the product range is outstanding  you will be a perfect fit to join our team of sales consultants on our Kitchen Department.

Selling from a recently refurbished department which has over 50 kitchen displays of the highest specification, and offers a full installation service you will be responsible for driving sales in addition too:

  • Promoting the features and benefits of the kitchens on display
  • Planning and designing the kitchens layout using a computer based design package.
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Ensuring customers receive the highest standards of service

Whilst training will be offered on internal systems a strong knowledge of the kitchen industry, the ability plan high specification kitchens and use a design planning system are essential

Above all, you must be able to demonstrate;

  • A genuine flair and enthusiasm for working within retail and have an interest in the product
  • Be committed to providing excellent customer service
  • The ability build customer rapport and close sales

 The successful candidate must be willing to work a minimum of 37.5 hours a week including Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis. Some late night working - until 8.00pm - is required.

We are currently recruiting for a Furniture Sales Consultant to join our Coventry store team full time.

Due to exceptional business levels in our Coventry store we are looking to recruit a full time Furniture Sales Consultant to take the business forward. Our Showroom has over 200 fantastic items on display and we work with brands such as G-Plan, Erkol, Silentnight and our own very Casa range.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced sales driven environment where customer service is the top priority and the product range is competitively priced, and outstanding quality then you will be interested in joining our team.

Your duties will be varied, and include:

  • Promoting the features and benefits of the products
  • Maximising sales opportunities
  • Ensuring customers receive the highest standards of service
  • General administrative tasks
  • All aspects of departmental housekeeping and visual merchandising.

It would be preferred if the successful candidate has previous experience of working in a retail/customer service environment, particularly selling Furniture & Bedrooms.
