We are currently recruitng for full time and part time sales advisors to work in our Melksham Store.

Working as part of a team, you will contribute to the general running of the department by implementing the Company's customer care and stock procedures to a high standard at all times.

Your duties will be varied and will include:

  • Ensuring all customers are acknowledged and provided with attentive and courteous service at all times
  • Merchandising the department, managing stock levels and department promotions
  • Processing special orders for customers as and when required
  • Maintaining a high standard of departmental product knowledge.

For this role we're looking for:

  • Previous retail/ customer service expereince is essential
  • Sales driven and able to work as part of a team
  • Passionate about delivering a high standard of service
  • Well presented, confident, with a positive can do attitude
  • A keen eye for detail, highly organised and motivated


The successful candidates will be available to work up to a maximum of 37.5 hours a week on a rota basis, including Weekends and Bank Holidays.

We are currently recruiting for Senior Information Desk Assistants at our Melksham store.

Working as part of the retail team, you will contribute to the general running of the department and information desk by implementing the Company’s customer care, administrative and stock procedures to a high standard.

Your main tasks will involve:

  • Ensure all customers approaching the information desk are acknowledged and provided with attentive and courteous service
  • Ensure payment transactions including cash, debit and credit cards are processed efficiently in a polite and courteous manner
  • Manage the distribution of till floats at the beginning and end of the trading day.
  • Manage the cashing up and end of day banking procedures
  • Resolve all customer complaints in a swift and professional manner
  • Answer the telephone in a polite, courteous manner and direct calls as required
  • Processing of Insurance mandates in accordance with company procedure

For this role, it is essential that the right candidate:

  • Previous retail & customer service experience is essential
  • Previous experience handling cash and payment transactions
  • Experience in dealing with customer queries and complaints to a high standard
  • Well presented, confident, with a positive can do attitude

This is a varied, demanding role that requires excellent customer service skills

The successful candidates will be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on a weekly rota which may include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

We are currently recruting for a full time Kitchen Lead Taker at our Melksham branch.

We are currently recruiting for a Lead Taker to work in our kitchen showroom which features a over 40 fantastic kitchen displays from Rot Punkt, Omega and Symphony.


Your role will be varied and the successful applicant  will be required to:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, engaging with the customer to promote the range of kitchens  to create a lead.
  • Liaise with the customer to arrange an in store or at home appointment with a sales consultant to design the kitchen
  • Selling the “Take Away” product such as kitchen tables and electrical    appliances                              
  • Contacting customers following marketing campaigns
