We are looking for an experienced café supervisor who has exceptional customer service skills and the ability to motivate and drive a team to success.

Location:

Leekes Llantrisant, Cowbridge Rd, Pontyclun CF72 8XU.

About the team:

Leekes are a family-owned, independent retailer that has over 125 years’ experience in helping to create beautiful homes, with 4 large home department stores throughout South Wales, the West Country and the Midlands plus 2 dedicated furniture and kitchen stores in Bristol and Cheltenham.

This role requires flexibility to work any 5 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays.

About the role:

Welcoming customers with smile and promoting our exciting range of products.
Preparing our delicious range of hot and cold drinks and snacks.
Ensuring that the cafe display counters are appealing to our customers.
Support and assist customers with any food or allergen queries.
Ensuring all EHO requirements are achieved.
Leading the team and issuing tasks providing support where needed.

About you:

Passionate about delivering a high standard of service and able to have fun with our customers.
Experience in a supervisory hospitality role is desirable.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and cope well under pressure.
