We are looking for a carpet & hard flooring sales consultant to do just that!

Our Llantrisant store is based just 5 minutes from junction 34 of the M4 and is easily accessible via all major transport routes.
About the team:
Working as part of our carpet & hard flooring sales team in our Llantrisant store, you’ll greet customers, welcome them into our showroom and talk to them about our fantastic carpet & hard flooring ranges.
About the role:
· Asking and answering questions to establish wants and needs and helping to find the ideal carpet & hard flooring for all our customers.
· Help to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers to shop in.
· Complete customer orders through our intelligent tablet app and process finance applications.
· Assist with showrooms looking great and displaying the correct marketing messages so that offers are clear for our customers.
· Working with other members of the team to deliver personal and store level sales targets.
You’ll have:
· Excellent communication skills along with the ability to make customers feel comfortable when shopping with us.
· The ability to build relationships with customers and other members of the team.
· Experience in customer-facing roles and environments.
· A strong work ethic with a positive attitude and self-motivated.
· A background in sales.
