We’re Wales’ largest home and lifestyle destination, seeking a creative, data-driven eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to help shape our eCommerce strategy, run high-performing campaigns, and leverage AI tools for personalised, revenue-boosting experiences.
Location:
Leekes Head Office, Mwyndy Business Park, CF72 8PN.
Just off the M4 at Llantrisant (junction 34) and easily accessible by all transport.
This role is mainly office-based with some flexible working options.

Leekes is a family-owned, independent retailer with almost 130 years’ experience helping customers create beautiful homes. We operate four large home department stores across South Wales, the West Country, and the Midlands, plus two dedicated furniture and kitchen stores in Bristol (Park Furnishers) and Cheltenham.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing & eCommerce and work closely with our wider marketing and eCommerce team in a fast-moving, creative environment. It’s collaborative, hands-on, and full of opportunities to make your mark.
