About the team:

This is a multi-department role, based in our store. You will work alongside our kitchen, bathroom and glazing & conservatories designers often being the first point of contact for our customers.

About the role:

Understand what our customer requires by encouraging an engaging relationship to highlight our range to best suit the customers want and needs.
Primary contact for customers when in the showroom and responsible for taking customer leads to book and arrange appointments for designers.
Selling products such as furniture and appliances to suit.
General showroom upkeep

You’ll have:

Excellent communication skills including the ability to deliver friendly customer service.
Ability to help our customers find the ideal products for their home whilst understanding their home, needs and lifestyle.
Great product knowledge.
Clear goals and targets and the ability to maximise selling opportunities through add on products
