Working as administrative support for the buyer, you will contribute to the daily running of the buying and replenishment process for our stores.
· Place and track purchase orders whilst maintaining suitable stock levels.
· Provide essential support to the buyer.
· Maintain the point of sale (POS) for a group of departments and product categories.
· Manage product information including getting items ready to go online.
· Liaising with stores to support with any queries.
· Review returns and liaise with suppliers.
· Self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.
· Problem-solving and mathematical skills.
· Strong organisational skills.
· Confident in using Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes.
· IT literate
· A desire to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
