Why did you choose to work for Leekes?
Leekes is the Selfridges to South Wales. My father has been a loyal customer to Leekes since I can remember and I am proud to be apart of the company.
What aspect of your role do you enjoy the most?
Christmas! I also love having the freedom to translate the sales packs to what I feel is right for the local customer. I always try to push the boundaries to ensure the customer sees something new and exciting, whilst being commercially beneficial.
What’s your biggest achievement to date working for Leekes?
Being a part of the refit and changing Leekes for the better, the changes ahead will be great for colleagues and customers and really put the store on the map for destination shopping. Whilst other businesses are closing, it’s amazing to see Leekes are improving their business for the next chapter and challenge.
