How has your role
developed over time?
“I started as an assistant merchandiser, and quickly moved into a buying role working initially on accessories and then moving to our installation business. I was given an opportunity to oversee refitting our bathroom showrooms and enjoyed the project element of this role. Returning from maternity, I was given an opportunity to work with our IT team on development projects, and I haven’t looked back. My current role suits my skill set, but the path I have taken has given me an invaluable wider understanding of Leekes.”
