Energy Balls


  • 1 cup cashews
  • Handful dates
  • 4 tablespoons nut butter (we recommend almond)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut


1. Add cashews to food processor and blend until a flour like consistency is achieved.

2. Add the dates, nut butter and coconut oil and continue to blend to form a sticky texture.

3. Start creating small rounds from your mixture and roll in the dessicated coconut.

4. Place in fridge to chill for an hour.
