About the team:

Working as part of furniture department, you’ll bring our range of products to life delivering a positive shopping experience to our customers. You’ll be knowledgeable across all furniture areas including upholstery, cabinet and beds.

 

About the role:

  • Understand what our customer requires by encouraging an engaging relationship to highlight furniture in our range to best suit the customers wants and needs. 
  • Always provide outstanding levels of customer service. 

 

You’ll have:

  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to deliver fantastic, friendly customer service.
  • Ability to help our customers find the ideal products for their home whilst understanding their home, needs and lifestyle.
  • Great product knowledge. 
  • Clear goals and targets and the ability to maximise selling opportunities through add-on products.
  • Strong self-motivation and be results-driven.
  • Team working ability. 
  • A background in sales in sales is preferred.

We are looking for a passionate, customer focused Bathroom Sales Design to join our team.

 

About the team:

Our bathroom department showcases up to 25 displays from top brands such as such as Utopia, Vanity Hall, Burlington, Heritage, Matki. Utilising the range of brands on display, our design team offers our customers a comprehensive design, planning, and sales service to suit all needs.

About the role:

· Preparing designs, quotations, and specifications to present to our customers

· Utilising design softwear for accurate 3D designs and plans

· Following up leads and quotes

· Attending customers homes for estimation

· Assisting with the design and maintenance of showroom displays

About you:

· The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Bathroom Designer with previous experience of working in a sales environment, including working to sales targets and up-selling.

· You will have proven CAD design experience, along with presenting to the customer.

· You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of service and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Benefits:
The role requires flexibility to work between the store opening hours. Our stores operate over 7 days a week, and you must be able to work 5 days per week including weekends and some Bank Holidays.

In return, we offer a salary of up to £32,000 OTE along with:
