Working as part of the store’s kitchen & bathroom team, you will contribute to the general running of these departments by managing the order and installation process from the start of the sale to project completion.

We are looking for a dedicated customer service manager with previous experience in the kitchen and/or bathroom industry. This role is primarily Monday to Friday with the very occasional need to be contactable on bank holidays and weekends. Interested? Keep reading..

 About the team:

 

Working as part of the store’s kitchen & bathroom team, you will contribute to the general running of these departments by managing the order and installation process from the start of the sale to project completion.

 

About the role:

 

  • Working with the designers to complete an audit of each kitchen plan, to identify and resolve any queries prior to order.

  • Run checks to ensure that the kitchen design as specified within the designer’s plan works, and confirm that the layout of the units, and appliances, are correct both physically and aesthetically.

  • Support the recruitment of kitchen and bathroom fitting teams (preferred Installers) verifying their quality of work prior to use.

  • Induct and provide technical support to the preferred installers.

  • Liaise with the designer, the preferred installer and the customer to arrange fitting of kitchens/bathrooms and be the first point of contact for resolution of any queries.

  • Liaise with suppliers for the purpose of managing the ordering process in a timely manner and to resolve any queries.

  • Develop customer relationships based on their positive experience to encourage customer reviews.

About you:

Our Bathroom department showcases up to 50 stunning bathroom displays from top brands such as Utopia, Vanity Hall, Burlington, Heritage, Matki. Utilising the range of brands on display, our design team offers our customers a comprehensive design, planning, and sales service to suit all needs.  

About the role:

  • Preparing designs, quotations and specifications to present to our customers
  • Utilising Virtual Worlds for accurate 3D designs and plans
  • Following up leads and quotes
  • Attending customers homes for estimation  
  • Assisting with the design and maintenance of showroom displays
About you:
  • The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Bathroom Designer with previous experience of working in a sales environment, including working to sales targets and up-selling.

Benefits:

The role requires flexibility to work between the store opening hours. Our stores operate over 7 days a week and you must be able to work 5 days per week including Saturdays, Sundays and some Bank Holidays.
