Nutella French Toast

Ingredients
2 large eggs ¼ cup milk 2 tabelspoons butter 4 slices Brioche bread 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 4-6 tabelspoons Nutella A good drizzle of golden syrup Powdered sugar and chopped strawberries and other berries for serving (optional)
Method
1. In a shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, cinnamon and milk together. Spread 2 slices of the bread with the nutella, about 2-3 tabelspoons per slice. Place the other slices of bread on top and gently press them together. Carefully dip both sides of each sandwich into the egg mixture until well coated. 2. In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the sandwiches and cook until golden, about 2-3 minutes per side. Cut the sandwiches in half and transfer to plates. Drizzle with golden syrup and dust with powdered sugar and scatter the strawberries (if using) and serve immediately.
