Steeped in history - Portmeirion Pottery was founded in 1960 when pottery designer Susan Williams-Ellis took over a small pottery decorating company in Stoke-on-Trent. Today most of Portmeirion's range including their most famous - Botanic Garden is still produced in Great Britain.
