Thanks to its deep shape, it’s ideal for preparing dishes with a sauce, Pop on the lid to lock in moisture, for succulent, flavoursome results. Featuring one of the most modern and technologically advanced PFOA-free coatings available, Le Creuset ultimate non-stick chef’s pans are tough, durable and resistant to wear and abrasion, even when using metal utensils, and the pan releases food easily so little or no added fat is required. The premium-grade 3-ply stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form a 3-layer material that distributes heat evenly and gently through the entire pan. The range is suitable for use on all hob types including induction.
