The user-friendly hand mixer features up to 9 speed levels including a turbo function, making it useful for heavier mixtures where extra power is needed, and a smooth start action which will stop dry ingredients escaping from the bowl. The backlit LED display on the control panel shows the speed and time of use, whilst the ergonomic, stainless steel handle ensures easy-handling. Other features include a rapid release trigger for simple removal of the accessories, and a self-balancing design with non-slip feet for secure placement. To provide maximum flexibility, the hand mixer comes with 3 different types of whisks; 2 wire whisks ideal for airy textures, 2 flat whisks for semi-hard dough, and 2 dough hooks for leavened bakes. A fabric accessory bag featuring the Smeg logo is included to neatly store away any unused accessories.
