The Traeger Ironwood 650 pellet sensor barbeque grill is built off the ability to cook using 100% hardwood pellets giving food a unique flavour no matter what cooking style being used. The ironwood 650 pellet barbeque has all the equipment to satisfy your grilling and smoking needs. This model uses the Ironwood D2 controller as well as the ‘WiFire’ technology to control the internal cooking environment of your grill. This model is also equipped with the Traeger grill guide, turbotemp to get to cooking temperature with ease, and a convection system for an equal cooking temperature across the entire 4.194cm² grilling area. The grilling area is situated on the dual position smoke/sear bottom grill grate which allows for you to adjust your food position to the heat depending on what you want to cook. It is also large enough to cook 8 whole chickens, 5 racks of ribs or 6 pork butts at once. As well as grilling, this model also allows you to smoke your newest recipes using the super smoke mode which not only gives your food an unbeatable flavour but also reduces the cooking time. The downdraught exhaust system and double sided wall also makes sure to keep the heat and fresh smoke where it needs to be.
